Last night’s Champions League semi-final saw Liverpool make history once again, but before any of the Reds’ four goals were scored Mohamed Salah shared a three-word message to fans.
Ahead of the clash with Barcelona, Salah arrived at Anfield , despite his injury, wearing a black t-shirt with three simple words: “Never Give Up”.
Salah walked along the sideline, waving to fans before going down the tunnel.
After last night’s victory, many fans have remarked the t-shirt was a good omen and brought the Red side luck during the game which saw Liverpool win 4–0 on the night.
As well as spending the day desperately searching for reasonably priced flights to Madrid, many Liverpool fans have also been keen to find out where the t-shirt was from.
